The Library at the School of Celtic Studies invites applications for a 3 month internship commencing October 2018.
This internship is open to applicants who are recent library & information management graduates or who wish to pursue the course in the near future.
The position will provide valuable experience of working on a subject specific cataloguing project.
The internship will be for 3 months and the intern will receive practical training and mentoring.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualifications in Library and Information management
- Basic knowledge of cataloguing and classification
- Excellent IT skills and search skills
- Organised approach to managing project work
- Scholarly interest in Celtic Studies and working proficiency in Irish
