Part Time Customer Service Specialist (6 month contract)

The Customer Service Specialists are responsible for delivering a quality customer experience to each customer who contacts Innovative for service related issues via telephone, email, and web. The ideal candidate for this position will be customer-focused with an ability to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues in a high-volume support environment.
This position will be based at the Innovative Dublin office. This is a part time 6 month contract Hrs of work Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm.
Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to all customers as the first point of contact for the Customer Support Department.
Triage and facilitate incoming requests for service including: opening new service tickets using Innovative’s CRM tools, updating existing service tickets, transferring customers to expert queues, or answering inquiries directly.
Perform specific changes to customer systems including software updates and configuration changes.
Coordinate ownership of account level escalations.
Escalate service issues as appropriate.
Complete specific service requests within expected time frames and service levels.
Perform all tasks in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that service level agreements are met.
Demonstrate polished customer service skills in all interactions with customers.
Follow procedures as set by Customer Support Department management team.
Additional responsibilities as required.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure.
Ability to work independently or as a member of a team in a fast paced environment.
Attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Familiarity with UNIX preferred.
Experience in customer support delivery or technical support environment preferred.
