The successful candidate will provide specialist professional support to University staff and students and to manage the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences Subject Support Team.

The successful candidate must have:
- A minimum of four years’ recent (i.e. in the last seven years) post qualification professional library experience.
- Significant recent experience in a Subject Librarian post or in a similar post in a Special Library or a research library.
- Experience of managing and developing staff.
- Excellent information, IT and web skills and significant work-based experience of using a wide range of technologies.
- Experience in training/teaching small or large groups of library users in information literacy skills.
Anticipated interview date: Monday 26 March 2018
Salary scale: £39,992 – £49,149 per annum (potential to progress to £52,132 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution)
