Applications are invited for an appointment as Head of Collections (Sub-Librarian)
at NUI Galway.

This senior management position has responsibility for leading the management and development of excellent and relevant collections, ensuring seamless discovery and accessibility of collections in all formats. The Head of Collections is a member of the Library’s Senior Management Team and as such contributes to ongoing strategic planning, service development and policy making in the Library.

Salary:
€71,440 to €90,400 p.a (applicable to new entrants effective from January, 2011)
(This appointment will be made on the Sub-Librarian scale in line with current Government pay policy)
