Our Client, a large professional services firm requires a Knowledge Management Administrator to join their team. This role would suit someone with previous Information Management or Knowledge Management experience within a corporate / professional services setting. The firm is based in the Grand Canal Dock area and is accessible by all forms of public transport. Hours are 09:00 – 17:30.

Salary: to €43k

Duties:

  • Administration of in-house Knowledge Systems
  • Loading of new documents and content to Knowledge Systems
  • Ensuring Knowledge Management Systems are updated properly.
  • Redacting, cleansing and generally preparing documents for inclusion on the system.
  • Responsibility for overseeing Intranet Resources.
  • Answering queries from senior staff members in the team and throughout the firm.
  • Publications of e-zines and reports.
  • Tracking usage of the system and suggesting areas where the system may be improved.
  • General team admin duties.

The Candidate

  • 2-3 years administration experience in a professional services / legal firm environment.
  • Knowledge of document management systems.
  • Top class MS Office skills.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and be accurate when carrying out work.
  • Ability to interact with colleagues of all levels of seniority.

Desireable Skills / Experience

  • Understanding of Knowledge Management systems
  • Software, IT Literate, able to work with IT on system issues
  • Experience of Sharepoint, Sitefinity or Vuture
