The East Coast Surf Club (based in Dublin) are seeking a librarian to set up a library for their club.
We currently have 80 members.
The club has 26 surf boards, 17 books & 12 DVDs. Each member is entitled to borrow items for 2 weeks.
The club would like to continue to add to its collection but needs to update its current borrowing system with a more efficient one.
Detailed descriptions of the boards are being compiled at the moment, the aim being to have a comprehensive catalogue for our members.
A user friendly issuing & returns system needs to be set up & linked to the catalogue.
A quote for the work would be preferable rather than the club offering an hourly rate as its a once off job.
