As we continue to grow, we are seeking to hire a Metadata Executive.
The Role
We’re looking for talented metadata executives for our Metadata Department. The candidate should have an incredible attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Metadata Team Lead, the Candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Data entry onto internal systems and external integrator systems
- Handle high levels of media related data
- Timely, polite and accurate communication with clients and IFE systems manufacturers
- Review / proofread data exports and Cycle specific documents to ensure all requirements are met & documentation is complete and accurate
- Routinely evaluate workload and prioritise based on the Company needs, customer sensitivity and follow guidance from Senior team members
- Identify productivity and quality improvement measures and flag to Senior team members
- Support other metadata and client operations teams with day to day issues
- Suggest more efficient ways for processing of work
- Participate & lead any mini projects/workload on Program as directed by Manager
- Serve as a helpful point of contact for new hires with regard to issues/training
- Maintain internal SLAs
The Candidate
The key attributes and skills that we are looking for in candidates are:
- A third level Degree is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and with business systems
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- Eye for detail to ensure high accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Willingness to learn new processes and tasks
- Working knowledge of Photoshop preferred
