Salary: This appointment will be made on Grade 1V: €29,821-€45,558 at a point commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Implementing the Organisation’s motto “Working Together” the INMO provides a unified voice for the professions of nursing and midwifery and provides strong leadership in matters affecting the standing of the two professions in the eyes of the wider community. The Organisation has its head office in Dublin with regional offices, in Cork, Limerick and Galway. This post is based in its Dublin Office, The Whitworth Building, North Brunswick Street, Dublin 7 All of the Organisation’s services originate from the needs of members, in the workplace, and the work of the locally elected branch/section officers and individual workplace nurse/midwife representatives. These are the most pivotal link in the Organisation’s structures and the Organisation spends significant resources in providing our local representatives with the necessary education and training to allow them to carry out their work on behalf of their colleagues locally.
INMO is looking for a Project Officer to work on rolling out new modules on its CRM System, which would involve working within the IT Department of INMO.
Requirements: The post holder will be a member of the IT team and must have excellent IT and communication skills together with the ability to develop and deliver training on the CRM system and other MS office products (as required) to INMO staff members. The post may involve travelling to our country offices to undertake training with staff in those offices.

Brief Duties of the Post
This position would involve the post holder being trained to utilise the CRM system to its maximum capacity and to then act as mentor and trainer for all other staff, at all levels within the organisation, to maximise individual usage of the system.
Following the initial training, the post holder will be responsible for all aspects of rolling out currently used and new modules to all INMO staff:
Ascertaining from different staff members what current training is required
Designing and organising the training courses either in groups or one to one training
Assisting staff in utilising the full potential of new modules within the system which INMO staff have not as yet used.
Answering telephone queries from staff in relation to using the CRM system/other IT related queries as they arise.
Continued follow up with staff to ensure that all training has been fully understood.
Liaise with our IT Company Valentia Technologies staff in relation to all new updates, additions, fixes etc. to CRM modules.
Test updates, test additional work undertaken by Valentia, approve and roll out to all staff.
Responsibility for Rolling out of the following modules: Issues Management, Document Management, Email Module.
Writing and implementing IT related policies and procedures
The post holder will also be involved in assisting all staff in the use of other software including MS office products and Adobe.
The post holder will also be involved in assisting with many other IT related Projects/work within the IT Department which also involves assisting in managing the organisations main website www.inmo.ie

Desired Qualifications and Experience
Relevant degree/diploma/qualification from a related discipline preferable
ICT related qualifications would be an advantage but is not essential
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to build trust and drive change are all critical skills for this role.
Demonstrate strong problem solving capability
Strong attention to detail
Ability to take personal ownership of every task or project undertaken
Enthusiastic, “can do” work ethic
Confidence to learn new systems and add value to the team and the organisation
Proficient with MS Office Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook
