Position: School Librarian
Start date: As soon as possible
Applicants must hold a professional/academic qualification in Librarianship and/or Information Studies/Science or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred though applications also welcome from recently qualified candidates.
Canadian Bilingual School is located in a developing area of South Khaitan in wealthy and safe Kuwait. Our school includes Pre-K through Grade 12, as of September 2015, as our population of students continues to grow. The school offers a dual language curriculum, English and Arabic, which enables the students to be competent in both languages. Our English curriculum is based on the Ontario curriculum which is supported by all the appropriate texts and resources. The Arabic curriculum is provided by the Kuwait MOE.
Joining the staff at CBS will give you an opportunity to enjoy an international experience while learning about Candidates preferably with a minimum of at least 2 years of experience will be eligible for consideration. But applications also welcome from those newly qualified. Candidates should be flexible and have a strong work ethic in order to be successful in this position.
